Some kind of glitch?

You see, Ive already healed all the corrupted land and have beaten all the bosses.. so that means im supposed to go to the palace to battle the evil god. Bad thing is that I cant get through the white thingy portal u_u i dont know what to do.. Ive tried quitting and loading but it still didnt work. Anyone know how to get through this? :confused:

if all else fails, just warp to all the points making sure they are unlocked and go from there.
