chapter 9 was pretty tough

id say its right up there with chapter 2

i might go back and make some videos but with all of them already out i dont see the point

there are certain parts that are hard to understand

Figured I'd join the thread now that I've got all the achievements. Got the game a week ago and just polished off the last speedrun. I must say this achievement list was a lot of fun to go through. I can see why many wouldn't bother finishing them all but I'm a huge platforming/parkour fan.

Thanks for the tips andy. I just started playing a couple days ago, I am working on the speedruns... now, that and timetrials is all I got left, just got through run 2 on my 4th try. I hope I don't have too much trouble with the rest until 9, cause I know that one will be tough. I rented the game, but it may end up costing me 50 bucks anyway, my controller has gone sailing across the room a few times already just getting through chapter 2's run. U guys are big help to me keeping my sanity getting the full 1000. I think it may bring me more pride than CoD2's 1000.

Just got my 1000 a few minutes ago. Strangly I did not have any problems with speedruns 2 (1,5 attempts) and 9 (2 attempts).

But I had serious problems with
- Chapter 3 (made many stupid mistakes in the last part and fell off the crane a couple of times)
- Chapter 6 (finished with less than a second left, died a lot in the warehouse where you have to disarm the SWAT guy)
- Chapter 7 (always died after you get out of the truck and try to climb the pipe).

Each took me more than five or so attempts.

For the server room in Chapter 9 I ran to the left and turned right before the stais, jumped to the walkway, disarmed the machinegunner (with slomo), shot the servers below the stairs, turned 180° and destroyed the last servers while backtracking.

Ended up with 5:46.

Very satisfying 1000. You feel like you've really earned your points. =)

Congrats on the 1000. Just wanted to chime in on some tips for these sections in case others are having similar trouble.

In Chapter 6, you don't need to disarm anybody in the warehouse, run past the red box that is used to hop up to the catwalk. Instead run underneath the catwalk to the wall on the far end on your left. Wall run up this wall, press RB and jump toward the railing behind you. You'll be right outside the entryway into the room with all the mailboxes (where a runner-bag was located).

In Chapter 7, you don't need to climb the pipe. Get ontop of the far truck and jump towards the wall on your right, wall-run along this wall for a second, press RB and jump/grab onto the vent. Turn 45 degress to your right and grab the next vent to continue.

Hope that helps speed things up.
