can't go to melphina

i am trying to complete every single sidequest from disc1 before i go to disc to but i am having problems goin to melphina..the guy in the end of berechevaltelle allways tell me that the road is blocked, so i can't access crookfen or mt vackel..what do i need to do to pass through this??

When you go into the area keep to the right, there's an exit to Melphina there

i want to complete every single quests, bc i want the achievement, and also the game is awesome 10000% :) i am lovin it, reminds me FF VII and X..5h of playing looks like 5 minutes =) i allways want to play more and more..i am "cursed" by the game lol

I'm the same, I don't care if I can't have an achievement I just wanna 100% the actual game, but it seems I missed some "hidden" quests that you'd have to know about (Or luckily find them) to do them
So when the guide comes out I'm hoping it tells me I can still 100% it somehow

I have a save right at the end of Disc One, and if the Roberto quest thing is true I could always start again from there....but I'm not going to
I'll just complete this as much as possible, wait for the 22nd DLC, then play Luminous Arc 2 and Fire Emblem on my DS
