Will Odd jobs spawn after you beat a level?

Missing one for Paradisio. Ran around for a long time collecting DNA and whatnot, but it never came up, so i beat the level and now if i go back, its still not there.

Yeah I had the same problem, the one in your talking about will appear after getting the Tornadotron in Shen Looonnngg

im missing one in shen long. ive now almost beaten the level after it. should it have arrived? i thought after i got the black hole gun and the attachments to my ship but not so far...
