I 've heard rumours that if you move your gamer profile from a harddrive or memory card to some other memory card it locks ur ability to unlock anymore achievements. Is this tru? I'd really like to be able to keep my profile on a memory card so i can waste the harddrive memory on downloads. I dont want to risk it though considering I've got 5000 odd points at the moment. Has anyone here moved their profiles from memory card or hardrive to another one and been able to achieve more points? I'm probably just being wound up but I'm not taking any chances.

I've never heard of anything like that, if you do have a problem for some reason, you can always Account Recover..
account recovery locks/loses the game information on the first harddrive.. i have mine on a memory card, have played at friends houses, and have unlocked achievements.. as long as you arent doing any dodgy shit with it youll be fine..

If you do account recovery it doesn't do anything but take up a few minutes of your time.
You won't lose any memory or stuff like that. All that you need to do is recover it again when you wan't to play on the other 360 (ex. a friends house on his/her hard drive)
Summary of the Summary:
-Go to friend's house
-Recover account there
-Play with friend and unlock some achievements (co-op or something?)
-Go back home (:pscram!!!:p)
-Recover your account at home
-Keep unlocking achievements by yourself
All you have to do is re-download your account from XBOX Live (which should only take up a few minutes around 3 or 4 if you have DSL, so go pop some popcorn and get a soda while you're waiting:woop:). Just ignore that little tab on the right

I called it, and some lady told me basicly what I just typed, except her words were much nicer (I guess that would be the word?) than mine (ex stuff) :p
