prize fights

CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!! I CANT WIN A PRIZE FIGHT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?! THX - P81N:Bounce:

Hold X to block. Then unleash a power attack (Down then Up on the Right-Analog) to do some damage. Jabs don't seem to help alot. Just keep your guard up. Also, you -can- cheat and use a melee weapon (bat, pipe, etc) but I found it easier to just use fists since your guard breaks after one enemy swing when you're holding a weapon. Because of this, you're more apt to take some nasty damage when they combo you.

thanks man i just beat the prize fight in new jersey. Does anyone no where all of the fights are in the game? A map would help. thx- p81n
