Cop Evasion Tips

I was just wondering does anybody know how to escape easily when u are on heat level 4 and 5............ Tips anybody?

the sooner you escape in the pursuit the easier, after they've been chasing you for a few min like 4min or so it becomes much more difficult to escape. same thing goes with cost to state, the lower you keep the cost to state easier to escape. When the helicopter shows up your basically screwed into waiting for it to run out of gas. the only way to hide from it is under a bridge, and if you got cops cars chasing you this usually doesnt work out so well. the only other thing is try to stay in areas with lots of pursuit breakers, when you got 5 cops chasing you the a pursuit breaker usually only stops 3 of them or so.
