Lead Pipe

I know this is probably pretty silly to be asking, but I cannot for the life of me find a Lead Pipe. Not a single one. I have done all of the other executions (including the dreaded Traffic Accident) with the exception of the Two Lead Pipe ones and the Overcooked one.

Can someone pretty please help me locate a lead pipe? I've been in all the fronts, garages, alleys, etc that I can find and not a single lead pipe. Is there some trick like with the flaming 2x4?

There should be atleast one in a safehouse if you bought all of them, once in a while you will find it in a racket on a box or leaned against a wall.

There is one in the St. Sebastian Hotel in Brooklyn inside the safehouse.
