how do we win the race?

I tried everything but does not work...

any help would be appreciated!!!

Try getting a Gyrocopter from the vehicle drop menu (you have to unlock it by playing through the main missions) and its like a miniature, fast helicopter. Just use that, but go a little slow, and you'll finish in plenty of time.

There are a couple of races where there is a plane next to the race, I would recomend using that instead of the Gyrocopter.

Well i found that the races are easier when you take over the province first. It seemed that whenever i would do some races, the police would be hastling civilians in the middle of the track. But when the province was stable there were no police at all
