Right now im level 49 respect and ive done everything possible in the game. IS there anything else i can do? Do a lot of ppl have this achievement?

Just rob banks because each is worth 8,000 respect. Once you have all the banks robbed just keep hijacking supply trucks until the banks are open again. I suggest going counter clockwise starting in New Jersey for the banks.
