you need a timed bomb, not dynamite. Place in the building and run. You will have to do it to get rid of the drug rackets during the story in the game, also if you get into a mob war.

Will you get the 'RT to Plant' notification, or do you just set it somewhere in the building?

set it anywhere, I just take a few steps in and plant it then run away to a safe distance and watch the fireworks :woop:
