How do you do fatalitys?

i know that you gotta go in arcade mode then get the announcer to say finish him. so i tryed the jokers gunshot one but it wouldnt work? do i have to use the dpad or the analogs? someone help!

dpad is more easy and precise than with analog stick.

like say for scorpions i press DDDB ( i tryed both back and the b button ) but it wont do anything do i have to be close do i have to be far or what?

works for me, down down down (fast) and B button. (1bodies of distance, like when the match begins)

anybody know the standing distance for the jax u,u,u,x fatality? cause when u press that he starts to jump so is it done in air?
