Game Glitched?

It seems I'm stuck. I've just finished the "Diamonds are a girl's best friend" mission and the next mission is "That Special Someone". However, I need to get a call from the ULPC guy to begin. He doesn't seem to ever call. I get ones from like Roman and Dwayne, even Dimitri, but never him. =/
Is there something I need to do to get him to call? As there's some side missions that I haven't done yet (assinations, getting Bernie's car, etc), but surely they aren't necessary to the actual story?

You don't have to do any side-missions to get a story mission to pop up. I would say just try driving around for about 5 or so minutes. For me, I got the call in a little less then five minutes, so I would say just wait it out in-game, you'll get the call eventually.

Just wait for the call it will arrive shortly! I highly doubt your game is glitched!

Took about half an hour for him to call. A tad annoying. Still managed to get the 30 hour achievement though, so it's all good. Cheers for your help guys.
