This is how I Unlock my all my online achievements in less then one hour.

Create your own game:
Death Match
Four Players
Respawn On
Respawn amount 10
Set two of the three players as AI EASY, Pick the type of Ship you want to destroy for the achievemenent.
Now just wait for the fourth player to join.

Both of you will now get the achievement after you destroy ten of the ships in each group (Borg,Klingon,etc...)

Red Shirt is easy, Just select the first scout ship and attack!

Actually you only need 2 people to get the Red Shirt Achievement.

Just let the other player kill you several times, and you will get it. 4 is not necessary. The only 2 can be AI set on easy.
