Diamond in Leboa, southeast corner

Checkout this map and look at the bottom right corner.

See at the bottom of this square there are 3 diamonds? One in the Oasis, one on the path between the two hills and one at the edge of another hill (to the right of the corner).

How do you get this one? I go up to the side of the rocky hill, the light blinks, but not rapidly enough. I figure the diamond could be on the hill, but I circled the hill and there's no way to get up.

Any help is appreciated!

This one is very simple! Its on the ground, not up on the rock. Just go to the gap at the back and as soon as you enter the gap, turn right.
