talking to survivors ???

hi all again.. another stupid question..

iam on my 2nd play through ( mashed zombies the 1st play )

i have just completed the 1st case and got a scoop from otis to go rescue 2 people from al fresco ( in a womens clothes shop )

i remove the blockage from the door go inside to talk to them but they wont respond ??

i have already resuced the two people of the roof by pressing talk then follow me but the people in the shop wont do anything???

please help

For the particular case you have to beat the guy a few times, he doesnt trust you or something.

:whs Just swing a few times at the guy with the bat ( I think that's what it is ) and once he injured him a little bit, he'll tell you to stop and take a breahter. Just talk to him then.
