Bonus codes

Hello...

I recently used two bonus codes for Far Cry 2.
I thought one was for 4 missions which worked quite well I guess(new icon on map) and the other one gave me a phone call I think....

But I thought, that the other code would give you 6 missions, instead of 1 phone call... or do I have to type in 6 different codes?

Or only one?
And when and how do I initiate them...

Oh btw. I'm missing one of the predecessor's tapes from the 4 Bonus missions code... how do I get that one?
