*WARNING! RANT AHEAD!*
Okay, here is the deal. I got my 360 on 6/6/06 (dont say a thing >_>). A month later it breaks down. I send it in, and it got replaced in 2 weeks or so. The one i got back was fine for about 5 days, but then the cd drive died, why? i dunno. So i send it in, agitated? yes, but i could deal, whats the big deal about missing a couple days now that i have other things to do then play Video Games (thanks sharke). I get it back 9 or so days after sending it in. RUN back to my room, excitement! YAY! TIME FOR SAINTS ROW AND DEAD RISING! Pops open disc tray... pops open disc tray... p.o.p.s.o.p.e.n.d.i.s.c.t.r.a.y.... WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS! The disc tray is FUCKING STUCK!
I call MS 1-800-4my-xbox blah blah blah "Abraham" talking to me on the other line, saying how sorry he is, trying to send me to the supervisor.
*60++ minutes of Abraham saying sorry and telling me his supervisor will be right there*
I get ahold of the super visor, he tells me all this stuff about how i can get a new 360, but it will take 2+ weeks just for it to get the Okay from the higher ups. (Well, at least im getting a new one, not some idiotic refurb) Okay great (30 minutes of talking about this BS) OH! im sorry MS doesnt give out new 360s until youve had your 3rd repair (oh dear god). So, after i got my new one back that was DOA. Im getting yet another box sometime within the next 3 weeks. God help MS if they dont get it right this time.
*END RANT!*

I changed the title of your thread slightly, we're not ultra picky about letting some swear words slip every now and then (believe me, we're guilty too).. Just watch your words in a topic title like that, most people dont find swearing to be offensive, but if you're going to, don't do as the basis of your topic, lol..
And on-topic: that's very sheisty. However, it is Microsoft and they can do whatever they want :( .. Hope the problem get's resolved quickly!

When you get it replaced do you keep the old hard drive? If mine breaks I really don't feel like losing all my game saves...

That sucks. My friend had something like that happen to him recently, he sent in his 360. They send it back, but then the monstards leave the box out in the rain, and it got messed up again, making him have to send it back again.
Doesn't sound as nearly as bad as your case though.
Sounds like all the people you had to talk to deserve a burning paper bag with a suprise inside on their doorstep for being so slow.
I hope the next one that is sent to your house actually works.

im on my second one, and im thinking about sending it in to MS because recently, the disk trey is starting to get stuck (i have to open, close, and re-open the disk try for it to fully open sometimes) and the lil lights around the power button that shows how many controllers are plugged in (or turned on in my case lol) flickers between controller port 1 and 2, i tryed it with all my controllers (one at a time) and it still does that, its been doing that since about july (my second xbox360 i had to buy from the store because we diddnt have a creditcard to get the other one fixed with, so i still have my broken one)

It probrably got stuck, but if you take out the game, unplug it all and give it a little shake, that might stop.

Oh man I feel your pain. I was in the same position with my originial XBOX. It broke at least 3 or 4 times. After calling quite a few times and speaking to supervisors I finally got a free game out of it. Usually they give you one of the Greatest Hits games that is about to take a price drop. I hear they have been doing that with the 360's also. I know that it is no consolation, but it's worth a shot.
