Negotiator - Bribe a police chief

Can anyone tell me where to find a Police chief, I have bribed lots of police officers but can't get this achievment.

There's one in little italy in a club you take over. Its also the club where you go to do a favor (bribe a detective) for the godfather. it's on the right hand side of little italy and i'm pretty sure it has a T on it if you have taken it over yet. It also has a gold police badge right next to the T. Once you walk in he is just standing there and is dressed better than the cops walking around on the street, your really can't miss him.

Yeah i hear ya i won't play anything like this with my daughter up. The executions alone are some of the most graphic things i've seen in a game in a long time. good luck and if you need anymore help finding him let me know.
