well . when i got AC i was pretty excited and didnt chek the achievements first, so i forgot talking to lucy in the first two chapters of the game. my question is , if i talked to lucy in all the other chapters besides those two will replaying the game , ill get the achievement after the two chapters or will i have to finish the game again ?

From my understanding of it, you would have to go all of through the conversations again if you want the achievement.

You have to start over the game and talk to Lucy at all possible times if you want to get the Conversationalist achievement.

i was sure i just needed to do conversations i missed , but if i have to start over then fine.im planing on 1000 chive on this one and if i can collect the flags i sure can replay this game once more .

Just restart the game and go through it again. Your best bet is to finish off the story you're on, collect all the flags, kill all the templars and then do a speed run. There's a quick runthrough guide here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=55359) that can help you go through the second time for Conversationalist, but if you've got a bunch of flags/templars/viewpoints already, then don't bother to restart your game until you finish those.
