If I start the Red Eyes collect mission the game crashes

Does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I start the "Red Eyes" collect mission I can't access the menu anymore. When I try to do it, the game crashes on the loading screen. What makes things worse is that if I start the mission, return to my savehouse and save, the save game is corrupt in a way, that when I load it the game crashes whenever I hit back or start.

Is this a known problem?

yeh it happened to me but then all my achievements starts to get unlocked it was dope i got 15 achievements before it stopped then i couldnt save tho...i had 2 turn off my xbox and turn it back on to fix everything
